Poem : We Have Hope – Evelife

We look ahead
our gaze is fixed
for we know
the Glory stored up for us
cannot be compared to the suffering of now
we have a hope in heaven
Christ our Hope
though the earth gives way
we are not moved
for we are kept
as much as we stay in Christ
in Him is our hiding place
He is the mountain that gave birth to us
we are not tossed
nor deceived
we stay and tarry
though it takes a long time
but we are not moved.
